Customer service is very important to us. Part of good service is a reasonable returns policy.

A Returns Authorization Number must be obtained from our Shipping Department by e-mail or telephone (Toll free Canada/USA 1-877-627-9905) prior to returning any merchandise.

We regret that all Books and Paper Tole prints are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.

Damaged Goods
Damaged Merchandise can be returned to us in original packaging for exchange or refund within 30 days. All packages must be marked "Returning Goods"

Returns
A return for unwanted merchandise refund will require authorization as above and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Sale items (Discontinued) are not returnable. The product must be in re-saleable condition, in it's original packaging and returned within 30 days. Shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. Out of Country returns should be returned by Air Post only, marking the package "Returning Goods". Returning in the original package where possible might be preferable. It is possible a return can be deemed the shipment of new goods and we will incur a broker fee to process and any applicable taxes. This cost will be deducted from the customer refund and it is for this reason we ask the returns are shipped by air post where the processing fee, if any, is only $5.00.

Exchanges
Full credit for merchandise cost will be applied towards the next purchase. The product must be in re-saleable condition and returned within 30 days. Shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. See the return shipping information above in the Returns paragraph.

Mistakes
If you receive merchandise through our mistake, we will expedite the correction and correct any charges incurred by you.
